Privacy Policy

This page explains what Lead Weave collects from you when you visit useleadweave.com or submit our contact form, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to reply to your audit request. We store it in Google’s tools and Twilio (for SMS, if you give us a phone number). We never sell or share it for marketing. We’ll delete it if you ask.
1. What we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your company name
- Your industry
- Your monthly ad-spend range
- Your current average response time to inbound leads
- An optional free-text answer describing your funnel
- The submission timestamp, the page URL you came from, and your browser user-agent (for fraud prevention and debugging)
We do not track you across other sites. We do not set cookies on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics today. If we add them in the future, this page will be updated first.
2. Why we collect it
One purpose: to reply to your inquiry about a funnel audit, and — if you become a client — to deliver the service we agree on. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
3. Where it goes
Your submission travels from your browser to:
- A Google Apps Script endpoint operated by Lead Weave (Google Workspace infrastructure)
- A Google Sheet where the submission is logged
- A Gmail mailbox where Lead Weave is notified
- Twilio’s SMS service, if you provided a phone number and we sent you a text confirmation
Google and Twilio encrypt data in transit and at rest as part of their standard infrastructure. Their own privacy practices apply to data they hold:
4. How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as you remain a prospect or client. If you ask us to delete it, we will within 7 business days. We may keep a minimal record (your email + the date you requested deletion) for compliance purposes.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Ask what data we hold on you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of any future communication — reply STOP to any SMS, or email us
If you reside in California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, etc.), you have the rights those laws grant. We’ll honor them on request.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and a stylesheet from a CDN, neither of which sets a tracking cookie. If we add analytics in the future, this section will explain what and why.
7. Children
This site and service are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, deletion requests, or to exercise any of the rights above:
Lead Weave is a United States-based business. Detailed contact information is available on request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting how we use existing data will be communicated directly to people whose data we hold.
